Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order or wholesale.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect in full upon ordering. Pre-orders will ship within 4-8 weeks. 

Wholesale orders
When you purchase wholesale NCN designs payment will be collected in full at the time of order unless otherwise negotiated. When wholesale orders are placed we will put in our order from the painting service. Wholesale orders will ship immediately upon arrival from the painting service.
