Shipping policy

At North Country Needlepoint, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and affordable shipping for all our customers. 

Processing Time

  • Due to the nature of handpainted items all pre-order sales are shipped within 4-8 weeks of order date unless otherwise specified. 
  • All retail and accessory orders are processed within 2-3 days of receipt, unless a delayed shipping notification is posted at checkout.
  • You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please check your tracking link for updates.

  • Retail orders will be shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. Wholesale orders will ship as soon as products are available. 
  • Wholesale orders will ship as soon as fulfilled by the painting service. 

International Shipping

  • We currently offer shipping to the United States and Canada only. If you need international shipping pleas email us at stitching@northcountryneedlepoint.com 

Combined Shipping

  • We will automatically combine orders placed on the same calendar day and refund any shipping overages.

  • Free shipping orders will ship separately from other orders placed on the same day.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We cannot change the address once an order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of handpainted needlepoint canvases, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please reach out with any questions before purchasing.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times may be unpredictable. We are not responsible for package delays.

  • A package is not considered lost until it has not been scanned by the carrier for 60 days

  • We do not issue refunds for orders that the tracking number shows have been delivered.
